A: Dorsett - Your Rewards is a frequent booking and loyalty rewards programme which rewards members for their room spending during their stays with participating hotels (for the list of hotels please refer to the About the Program section on this website). 2. How do I sign up? A: You can sign up at our website at https://www.dorsett-yourrewards.com 3. Does it cost anything to join Dorsett - Your Rewards? A: No, you can join the programme for FREE. 4. How can I earn points and how many points I can earn for 1 booking? A: When you stay and spend on hotel rooms in any of the Dorsett-Your Rewards participating hotels, you will automatically earn points based on the point system below, eligible booking channels and room rates: Earn 3 points for every USD100 spent on hotel room, if the booking is made directly with hotels Earn 1.5 points for every USD100 spent on hotel room, if the booking is made through Online Travel Agents (OTAs), which have direct contract with hotels. 5. How and when can I redeem my points? A: You can log in to your account in https://www.dorsett-yourrewards.com to see the reward catalogue and redeem for your favourite reward. 6. Why can’t I redeem point? There are some cases where you will not be able to redeem your points: a. You do not have enough points to redeem the reward you have chosen. In this case, you can choose to pay with points partially, and the remaining by cash. b. The points have been expired. c. The reward you have chosen is out of stock. In this case, there will be a notification on the website to let you know. How long does it take for my reward points to be credited to my account? Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours. 8. How long are my reward points valid for? Point will be valid for 18 months after the issued date. 9. How do I check my point balance, transactions history and redemption?
